The CM 0220 is a semi-automatic sole pretrimming machine, the presence of two spindle shafts allows to perform machining with two different cutter profiles.
The tool change points can be registered electronically, in correspondence with these points, during the machining, a pneumatic block on the rotation of the piece invites the operator to perform the cutter change.
The piece is centered through a pneumatic system with adjustable levers.
To minimize the setup operations it is possible to fix the distance between the template and the raw sole so as to only have to modify the opening of the centering devices. In this way it is possible to easily work with excellent repeatability soles with applied welt, soles with heel, accessories etc.
