CM 480 model performs roughing and grooving of the edge of the leather or synthetic sole, with or without welt, by means of a special cutter.
Being equipped with the automatic slowing down of the speed in toe and heel zone, we can mount three different diameters of transporting rollers: 20, 25 and 30 mm on it, in order to make possible the processing of various toes.
It also has the oscillating arm for roughing various thickness soles.
Using appropriate moulded cutters it is possible to perform Jourdan processing and to remove the material inside the welt.
The machine is supplied with a vent, in the proximity of the cutter, to be connected to an exhauster for dust removal.
